Our most frequently asked questions…

In this week’s blog post, we wanted to answer some of the most common questions we have received since launching last month. We hope that this helps explain a little bit more about our services and what makes bridgers so unique!
What do you do? Are you like a Virtual Assistant service?

Kind of! There are some really incredible Virtual Assistant services out there, but we aren’t one of them. We like to think of ourselves as more of a business support solution.

To put it simply: we provide solution based services to small businesses who don’t have the time and resources to do everything themselves. We offer administrative packages, sales support, marketing and project management.

We work alongside your business, and offer an initiative-led approach that is based on the solutions you are looking for. Do you need someone to contact all your leads but don’t have the time? That’s why we are here! Or, perhaps you need someone to support your diary management and inboxes - we can do that too.

Do I need a Virtual Assistant?

That’s something only you can answer - but here are some questions to ask yourself: do you feel like there are never enough hours in the day? Do you sometimes feel like you haven’t got enough time to get everything done, and not achieving the standard that you would like? Do you struggle to take time off from work and remember you have a life outside of running your own business? Or are there tasks that you just really don’t want to do?

If you think any of these questions apply to you - it may be that you need some extra support. There is nothing wrong with asking for help, we know how hard it can be to delegate when you have your own business. If you think you could use some additional support for your business, we offer free consultations to see how we could help, so get in touch and email us at hello@bridgers.uk

How does it work?

Depending on the type of work you need help with, we try to take as much of an initiative-led approach as we can. We do this to reduce the amount we need from you so we can really free up your time.

First, we always schedule free consultations to make sure that working with us is the right thing for you (and us!). After finding out exactly what you are looking for, we will send over a proposal explaining everything the solutions that we suggest to help. If you’re looking for someone to manage your pipeline for you, we will explain how we can do that and what we will need (an email address from your business most likely, and access to your pipeline).

Once this has been agreed, your contract will be sent out and we get straight to work! We work with alongside you and can be in as little or as much contact as you want. We do send out weekly reports to show you exactly what we have been doing and what results we have had, but if you want a call or catch up, we are always available.

Is it difficult to set up?

No, not at all! As soon as you have decided you’d like to work with us, we send over a brief but detailed list of what we need from you or what we need to know (like I said, an email or maybe social media logins, previous processes etc).

As soon as we have that, we are off! We check in at the end of every week to make sure you’re happy and that any questions you have are answered.

How much does it cost?

Our packages start from £30 per hour! Remember, with bridgers you do get two heads for the price of one, too! We work as a team to think of the best solutions and ways to work for you.

What if I don’t know how much I’ll use you?

That’s completely fine! We recognise that a lot of small businesses won’t always have the same structure as bigger businesses. For those businesses, we offer ad hoc packages. This means that we work as and when you need, and we send out a monthly report that summarizes the work we have done.

What if I don’t know what I need?

Again, that is completely fine! We are here to support you in whatever way you need, even if you don’t know what that is yet. During your free consultation, we ask what your biggest struggle is and work from there.

It could be as simple as needing someone to clean up your database so you can work freely again. Not every job has to be huge, sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference; especially in your day to day life.

If you think you could benefit from a consultation with us, get in touch today!
